SHIPPING ORDERS
The distribution of our products throughout Greece is carried out by the courier company we work with.
Shipping costs are set at 4 euros for orders up to 100 euros. For orders over 100 euros shipping is free.

You can make purchases by choosing the Click Away service and pay for your order, either in cash or by bank card, when you receive it from our physical store.

RETURN - CANCELLATION POLICY
The terms and conditions described in this policy apply to all products purchased in Greece through the online store mgplus.gr.
ORDER CANCELLATION
When you place your order through the online store mgplus.gr, you have the option to cancel your order within the same day you placed the order. To cancel your order you must either contact us using one of the available communication methods described in detail in the "Contact" section of our website, or use the function to cancel an order available on our website.
ORDER RETURN

You have the right to return the products you bought within 15 working days from the receipt of the original order in order for the return to be accepted.
A necessary condition for the return of products to be accepted is that the products of the returned order are in excellent condition and in sealed packaging. In more detail:
1. The product has not been worn / used except for testing.
2. The tabs (if any) of the manufacturer as well as the product labels have not been removed or damaged.
3. ‘All product accompanying items as well as proof of purchase are sent back with the product.
4. In the case of footwear, in order for the return to be accepted, the sole must be perfectly clean.
It is the responsibility of each customer to ensure that the packaging of the shipment is secure in order to avoid any damage during transport. Returns with damaged original packaging of the order due to the fault of the customer / sender will not be accepted.
The cost of returning the products is borne exclusively by the respective customer in case he wishes to return the product due to a change of opinion. In case a defect is found in the products of the order, you have the right to return it and replace it with our shipping costs. It should be noted that our company is not responsible for defects or poor quality of products available to its customers. All products are received from suppliers packaged.
The return of the returned products will be possible only from the address that you had stated from the beginning for their shipment and which you have indicated to us in writing.
Upon receipt of the returned products by the carrier you will sign a receipt form to certify that the delivery to the carrier has taken place. The receipt form will be given to you by the cooperating carrier / courier.
If you are not able to be present at the receipt of the goods from the premises, you can appoint a representative who will undertake this process on your behalf. This representative should be an adult and able to oversee the receipt of your products on your behalf.

RETURN OF VALUE RETURNED PRODUCTS
As long as all the conditions of return are met, our company undertakes the responsibility to return to you the amount corresponding to the value of the goods you return in the same way as you made the initial transaction. In case you want another way of return you must inform us in writing.
The return of the returned products will be made as soon as possible. In any case, it will take place after you inform us in writing about the return request of the products and we accept their return as well as if the products have been delivered to the cooperating transport company / courier.
MISCELLANEOUS
Force majeure: If for reasons of force majeure (eg bad weather, strikes, etc.) it is not possible to deliver the products to you within the prescribed time we will inform you by phone or e-mail, in order to tell us if you wish, under these conditions, the completion of your order. Our company does not bear any responsibility for any situation that is beyond its own fault and will do everything humanly possible for your best service.
In cases where you have placed an online order and upon receipt you find that one or some products are missing from the total order, please contact us to arrange all the necessary details and we will send you the products you did not receive at no extra charge .
